Training Wheels and Water

These are Shiloh's new training wheels. We were able to borrow a wheelchair to help ease him into being around them and help train him for therapy dog work. We also procured a walker. Daddy wants to hook up his sled dogs to the wheelchair and have the dogs pull him to the refrigerator for a beer. Silly daddy.

Misty can certainly appreciate boyfriend Pippa's lasted blog posting - it's hot! Here she is cooling her paws in the pool after a training session for the Hike N' Howl. She also enjoys the shade of our dwarf peach tree. This is her best "Misty of the Jungle" picture.

Guinness didn't want the white dogs to get all of the attention, especially when she can show off for Pippa too. Guinness is the best swimmer of the bunch. She doesn't want you all to think she doesn't work hard too. She's just too lady-like to show it on camera.

It is WAY too hot out. Even with the pool, it's awful. These humans better get their act together and cool things down soon.

Great photos you'all. The comment you Dad made about you'all getting jobs, sounds to me like he's gonna make you'all work with this sled dogs pulling a wheelchair thing. (for a beer - my Dad likes that idea) Hummmm, you deserve payment for that. And we want to see pictures.

Thanks, Cuzin Frankie Grrl. I'm not so sure about people, other than mom & dad - so they are workin me in s-l-o-w-l-y. I used to be so very incredibly shy! I am getting better. I love being adored, pet and loved, but it's mostly on my own terms, so we'll see how it goes.

Mom said Shyla didn't think too much of the wheelchairs. The elevator was a challenge though. I think they'll take the stairs next time.

Hello beautiful girls.

I am not really back, but I told Mistress to look in on my very favourite girlfriends and see if there were any nice pictures.

Mistress is meant to be writing something about ME soon, but I don't know when. :(

I am lurking in my GibFlat and it is cooler than Spain. I will see you both soon. Pippaxxxx

AhRoo? Therapy? Does that mean you are going to do day trips to places? Your not leaving home? Don't leave Guinness! I love Guinness! (hmm, I wonder why).

I was going to be a therapy dog, I even got my own trading card and everything. But Dad says I'm like a bull in a china shop. So he used to take Chica (my friend Chica the red head you might have read about - and before Mati was here) to "The Virginian" - a senior facility and nursing home. She's much more careful than me.

I think Mati and I would love to step into a pool like that! Of course, I would just drink all the water. Why not?

Woof.
Rock.
