Cool, eh? Mom found this website in from her new Stitch 'n Bitch Nation Page a Day calendar (it was on sale for a buck and has cool stuff.) This was from a couple days ago and the links section has all sorts of really cool knitting & crochet sites. Esp cool are the ways to let your fingers & yarn fly to help others in need. And while your tooling around, check out mom's kids at the library learnin how to knit & crochet!
Shiloh is disappointed with the calendar tho - he thought the calendar would have pictures of pretty girl doggies. More knittin stuff (sigh). That mom really needs to keep her hands free for us! Just for that, he says he's gonna shed more on that black crochet skirt she's making.

I'll make sure I think of you'all when I get to eat the steak pieces. She got us some ground buffalo for tomororw. Can't wait.
Your mom does handwork too! My mom crochets with that fine thin thread. I ate some of her instructions for this scarf she was making and she had to email the company and ask for a reprint. It was tasty, and her project got put away. Oh well.

How ya doing? My mommy-Marlene is a craftaholic, too. She hasn't been doing much since she got me & Juneau but hopes to get started with it again. She crochets, knits, counted x-stitch & plastic canvas. When she has her jaw surgery in Oct., she'll probably start really doing the crafty stuff again to help her pass the time. MayaMarie, what a helper you are! Mom must have been doin too much of the crochet thing, so you did her a favor. we are make sure all of mom's projects have copious amounts of dog fur knitted into them so each piece has some of us in there too. It's a family project!
well, figure. the Bills can take Liam out to play. baby will sleep most of the day. we could figure something out. We're smart women...
Who has time for crafting when there are puppies to be played with??? Our mom used to be into scrapbooking and cardmaking. Not so much anymore because we demand attention! Sometimes we leave her alone long enough to sew us some new bandannas though.
