Introducing Chai!

Here I come!
HI!  I'm new here.  My name is Chai - like the tea.  I am only 10 weeks old and brand new at the Stoutino Inn.  My new mommy and daddy said I could talk to you here.  I have only been at the in for a day or so and everything is so very exciting.  There is a big dog named Genny.  She is being nice to me, but she isn't very good at sharing toys.  So I have to be careful not to upset her.  Mom keeps a very close eye on me all of the time, especially around Genny.  I don't know why, but she says that is is important for me not to get into trouble.  But they are very nice here.  I have my own little bones, bowls and crate.

I am a Shepherd mix puppy.  I was born in the south, but my rescue brought me up north for a better life.  I had a brother when mom and dad met me, but he is now in a new home too.

Do you like my slippers and milk moustache?

I have lots of comfy places to snooze and a great big yard to play in.  I think I am going to like it here.  I hope I get to talk to you all often.  This is fun.

Until next time, Arf!

Hello, Chai!!! Welcome to the world of blogging and MOST of all, welcome HOME! You have landed in a wonderful, wonderful place!
Genny will help you learn all the really fun things to do - and how to tool your mom and dad out of just about anything. Look to her for guidance.
Have you discovered leaves yet? How about sticks? Bugs? Word up - lightning bugs don't taste as good as you might think. Trust me.
I can't wait to get to know you better! Maybe we could be BFFs!!!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher

I would like that a lot, Maggie. I have discovered pebbles, which mom says I cannot have. I am trying to discover all sorts of other stuff too. So far Genny is showing me which toys I cannot play with, but she lets me play with others, so I am having fun. I am glad we can be friends!
