Haroo puppers! It's me, Shiloh. Happy Roo Year! It's been sooooo cold here - and as you know, we huskies looove the cold. Unfortunately, the bipeds here do NOT, so we've been cooped up for a while. Well, I finally got them to take me to the dog park. It took many zoomies in the house to get them to go out in the cold, but they finaly listened to me. Anyroo, here I am, enjoying the brisk winter air in our wonderful and wooded dog park, Reservior Dogs in Phoenixville PA. Not too many other puppies out today, just one brave boxer who didn't let the cold effect her. She had loads of engeriy. We ran zoomies around the park for a while - until mom ran out of latte, then we had to go home to Guinness.
It's a shame Guinness cannot go with us to the park, she'd have loved it. She's not getiing around very well these days - her DM is progressing and her baclk legs are really not working very well at all anymore. So, she spends her days lounging and helping mom with her quilting.
My new year's resorootion is to get mom & dad to take me to the park more often.
What's yours???
Roo ya later,
Shiloh

What is it with the humans and their lack of enjoyment of our cold weather? This is the BEST time of year to get outside.
I'm akhtually khwite satisfied with my mine!
She applied an extra layer or two and walked me as she should!
I'll keep her!
Happy New Year!

I'm glad you had fun at the snowy dog park. There is no shame in being a quilting helper, Guiness. Just ask Dave!

Ha roo, Shiloh! That dog park looks SO fun! I would love to meet up with you there - wouldn't that be great!?! We could zoom and zoom and ZOOM!
Our mom waited until it got above 5 degrees before she took us on our walkies today. We were ready to go before that - so I guess our bipeds are a lot like yours! I just don't get it!
Love,
Ammy
PS: We're sorry Guinness isn't getting around real well. Dave said helping moms quilt is a GREAT job, though. You don't think he's stashing all the toys in the Studio again, do you? You better see if Guinness has taken yours!
So sorry reading about the DM. I've been through that years ago with a GSD and it is a miserable disease, just miserable.
I am glad you enjoyed playing in the snowy park. Good for you that you love the cold weather. I wish you can get to the park whenever you want!
HNY shiloh and to guinness and your people too.
Happy New Year to you too! May 2010 bring you more treats and walks.
Happy New Year!

I still haven't made mine yet, so it should be a pretty good year. ;)
Happy 2010!
